How long does the installation take?
Normally the installation and set up process would last about 1 - 2 hours - this will include our engineer demonstrating to you how to use the software.

Is the service available everywhere in the Costa del Sol/Southern Andalucía?
In most areas it is possible to connect you to the internet; however there are some locations which due to signal problems a connection may not be possible - we will be happy to carry out a pre installation survey for you free.

Can you install the system in my boat or caravan?
Yes it is possible for the equipment to be installed in boats, caravans, mobile homes and even trucks. Please bear in mind though that we cannot guarantee a signal other than at the original installation location.

What are the minimum system requirements on my computer?
Windows 98, 2000, XP Home or Professional with at least 256Mb RAM and 100Mb free disk space. Your computer will require one free USB 2 port.

If I move house can I take the system with me?
Yes, although we can not guarantee a signal. We can carry out a survey at your new location to ensure a signal is present and re install the equipment for you for a small charge.

Your website says it’s a free wireless WiFi connection, do we need an aerial?
We will provide the necessary aerials and cabling at the time of installation - this is included in the one off payment price.

Do you provide a guarantee?
Yes we do. All work, cabling, antennas, hardware is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of installation.

How do I get free phone calls?
Free calls can be made using the VoIP telephone software or download. Calls made using VoIP are only free to other VoIP users, most people use SKYPE . Calls to traditional land lines and mobiles can also be made from your computer.
